FOUR QUADRANT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Quadrant 1 - EMPLOYEES

80% of working class belong in this quadrant, they get adequate job to meet end needs by securing their jobs. Employee firstly secure his or her job before company can provide theirs, he secures his job by working hard, putting all his effort, time and full attention. Once the company sees how hard working he is then the company may provide their job security for him. If the situation is not the case, I am sure the company won't even guarantee him of the job. This quadrant has the highest members but little impact on the economy because irrespective of the various allowances they are entitled to including their huge salaries, most end up in debt. The truth is that no matter how secure your job is or how diligent you are in the company, as an employee you can't earn more than the employer. The employer has his own time freedom.

Quadrant 2 - SELF EMPLOYED

Few people fall into this quadrant, they own their business, time and freedom. Apart from different professional careers, these also include small business owners like fashion designer, carpenter, tiller and the likes. Truly, they have time and freedom but once they stop working in one way or the other, their income stops and in a true sense when the self- employed has some employees, one can imagine what will happen.

Quadrant 3 - BUSINESS OWNER

They are few and their business has impact on the economy through taxes and other infrastructural provisions. They employ people who are smarter and more learned than they are but despite the employee's knowledge and smartness, the employer still earns more.

Quadrant 4 - INVESTORS

They are few and all they do is to build on their assets. They have more assets than liabilities thereby generating enough income to cover their expenses. In a situation where liability (expense) is much more than asset (income) this means bankruptcy has taken over the business. Rich people remain rich because they watch their assets and liabilities and of course they have time, freedom and money keep flowing even wen they have gone.

In one way or the other we belong in one of these above listed, which is not a crime but all efforts should be made to move to the quadrant that will ensure you a wealthy state. I am glad to tell you that, there is an absolute difference between Rich and Wealth. Move yourself yourself, carry your business and career along by updating through many means.
